With BannerBugs, hook Velcro is attached to the top back and bottom front of the banner, and Loop Velcro is attached to the BannerBug Lead Sheet and Header Rail PVC Strip. The Loop Velcro remains attached to the Lead Sheet and Header Rail PVC.

So the only time you will need Loop Velcro is if for some reason you have to replace or add it to the Lead Sheet or Header Rail PVC Strip. If that's what you need to do, this is the correct product. But if you are looking for Velcro for replacement banners, order BANNERBUG OEM HOOK VELCRO - 25 YD ROLL instead.
